Stranded in a blinding snowstorm, Laurel Adams must pin her hope of survival on a handsome stranger. The single mother and her teen daughter take refuge in his remote Rocky Mountain cabin. But Laurel's anything but safe when she discovers a dead body in her trunk…and becomes the prime suspect in a murder investigation. Her rescuer, millionaire David Greene, knows what it's like to be accused. Three years ago he was arrested for a crime he didn't commit—an unsolved case that still haunts him. With the clock ticking, can they stop a cold-blooded killer with deadly ties to them both?

Frame-Up needs a bit of shoring up, February 20, 2014
Not a bad book. The premise is a bit strange, and the coincidence even stranger, almost on the level of contrivance. Interesting book though.

I'm a story-snarfer, and this was part of Love-Inspired Suspense feast I treated myself to last week. If you like the Love-Inspired Suspense, you should like this. A few of these types of books blew me away, but not too many. I'm glad for the opportunity Harlequin gives for authors to publish, however. So I won't knock that.

They're cheap on Kindle, so I snarf them up.

From snowstorm to the frying pan..., February 17, 2014
From snowstorm to the frying pan, nothing like being saved and then becoming a murder suspect. Good thing she has a great man by her side to rev up her tingles.
This should give you something to read for the next few days. Get in touch with these authors, learn about them, check out their other series, and buy their books. And tell them you would like to see them at this year’s Killer Nashville.

Until next time, read like someone is burning the books!

Frame-Up by Jill Elizabeth Nelson, February 11, 2014
I'm a fan of Jill Elizabeth Nelson's work, so as soon as I saw Frame-Up, I bought it. Frame-Up has all the elements I like in a story, mystery (dead bodes lol) and romance. I love guessing who the guilty party is and then finding out I'm wrong!! But what really grabbed me in Frame-Up was that it showed how hard it is to be a parent and a single parent, which I was. And the trust issue. Before I met and married the love of my life, I had to work thru my trust issues. It's a struggle, this story addresses that struggle. It's a great way to spend an evening, curled up in a blanket and reading Frame-Up!

nice!!!, February 2, 2014
I am a new fan of Mrs. Nelson's writing, and this book is an added must to my (anyone's) collection. I agree with a post before mine saying that they like to figure out who is the bad guy, and pin point him, well in this book there's a twist I didn't see coming and it's intriguing to find out who really is the bad guy. Love this book. the suspense is there, the characters are loveable, and the scenes and places are good. Who recommend to friends and family!!

Great Suspense Story, January 28, 2014
I enjoy reading all the Love inspired Suspense books as they have love plus suspense in it. The love part is not graphic like in the over romance books and they talk about how important Christ is in their life.

a suspense to keep you on the edge of your seat, January 7, 2014
I just finished Frame-Up. What a read!! I didn't want to put it down. I don't know about you, but I love to figure things out before the writer tells me. Reading this one kept me guessing practically the whole time. A great suspense. A wonderful romance. And a fantastic story. Hooked me in the beginning and kept me spellbound.
